Weekly Meeting Format
AIACT Weekly Meeting Agenda: 90-Minute Format
- Facilitator: Brief welcome and introduction to AIACT for any new attendees.
- Agenda Overview: Quick rundown of the meeting’s agenda.
- Speaker: Guest speaker from local government or an AI expert.
- Topic: A relevant topic that aligns with AIACT’s mission and interests.
- Facilitator: Opens the floor for questions directed at the guest speaker.
- Presenters: Up to three members (10 minutes each) present their AI-related projects.
- Format: 7 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for immediate questions and feedba
- Facilitator: Leads an open discussion based on the projects presented.
- Members: Offer constructive feedback, potential collaboration opportunities, and further questions.
- Facilitator: Shares any organizational announcements, upcoming special events, or opportunities for member involvement.
- Members: Opportunity for informal networking, one-on-one discussions, and setting up future collaborations.
- Facilitator: Thanks everyone for attending and provides information on the next meeting.
